My account got charged for this plan that i didn't sign up for and there is no option for me to cancel the plan. Is there anyway for me to contact adobe for the refund? I tried their AI support but they didn't understand my request

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

i did for a month and then i used it for 3 months for 9$ a month, but after that i cancelled the plan but somehow they charged me 36$

when you cancel an annual plan early you pay a penalty = 1/2 the remaining amount.  ie, you were billed for 4 months after canceling 9 months early.
