bei 2 Fotoabbos (voll überschneidend), Kündigung nur bei Zahlung einer Strafgebühr möglich?

Ich habe aktuell 2 Abbos: Creative Cloud Foto-Abo mit 1 TB und dann noch Foto-Abo (20 GB)., also eine komplette überschneidung. Nun sagt mir das system dass wenn ich das Fotoabbo 20GB kündige ich auch noch einen Strafegbühr von über 100 Euro zahlen soll?

technically, yes there's a penalty, but adobe support will probably sympathize if you make your case without rancor. ie, contact support via social media or chat.

This is correct. If you have a annual plan with monthly payment a cancellation fee will be charged
