Being Charged 3 Times a Month

Hello - I have the basic 19.99$ plan per month (is about 21.59$ with tax). I have been getting charged not once or twice a month, but three times. I am only using one email. I get hit on the 5th, 12th, and 13th of each month and I have tried contacting Adobe help support.

Has anyone had this issue before? Would it be best to cancel my subscription and repurchase at a later date? Thank you!

I have been billed for time in a month when my subscriptions is monthly. The amount are of different numbers each time.

 

Hi, I need help with my subscription.

I already had an active Photography Plan (Photoshop + Lightroom, 1TB). While trying to use Photoshop on my iPad, I signed in with the same Adobe account, but the app prompted me to start another plan.

As a result, I now have two active subscriptions, which was not my intention.

This appears to be a duplicate subscription created due to confusion in the app, as I already had access to Photoshop under my existing plan.

I would like to:
1. Cancel the duplicate plan (Photoshop + Premiere Rush 100GB)
2. Request a refund for the recent charges
3. Have any cancellation fee waived, since this was not an intentional second purchase

Me too! One was 24.95 and the other two was 4.95 

When I discovered it, I tried to call Adobe and could not get answers so I had to have my bank blocked them

We hear you. I just checked your account and saw that you had purchased an Acrobat Pro subscription and were charged $4.99 for the Acrobat AI assistant. Both of them now stand cancelled.

yes, others have reported this error, and do not cancel your subscription and repurchase.  contact adobe support as explained previously.

What did Adobe support tell you regarding this? For account issues like this only Adobe support can help. So get in touch with them and get this resolved. To contact support follow the instructions given below
1. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
2. Wait a bit on the page that opens up, it should automatically open a chat popup. If that does not happen then look for a call out/chat icon at the bottom right, click over it and the chat popup should open
3. In order to talk to a human type "AGENT" in the chat box
4. If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.
