Being charged

I cancelled my Adobe subscription awhile ago. I checked to ensure its cancelled multiple times. However, I still didn't get the cancellation confirmation email. Also, Ive been getting MANY notifications from my bank saying that Adobe is still trying to charge me for two things that have been cancelled. Luckily, I dont have any money in my bank account at the moment so I wasnt charged. I want the charge to end completely, delete my payment information and no more trying to request payment from my bank account.

Ell, thanks for posting about your recent subscription commitment to this public discussion forum. I am sorry, but the method of payment you attempted to use to compensate for our services was not accepted. Please see https://adobe.ly/3KXi5iy for information on how to correct your account.

Once the account is in good standing, you can then complete the self-cancel process listed at https://adobe.ly/42WJdEq if you no longer are using the services that you used in October and September. ^JW
