Question

Being charged after cancelling trial.

I have heard of this happening to others. I set a reminder on my phone to cancel my trial and I have just found out I am still being charged. This is an absolute scam! Has anyone else been able to recover the funds they took?

    Hi @courtneym8351153,

We appreciate you contacting us. As per your account details, you have an active subscription for Adobe Photoshop since last 2 months and 12 days. The trial for any Adobe app lasts for 7days and you are eligible for refund till 14th day of subscribing the application.

Neither of the criteria are suitable here and this is the reason you have been charged.

Let us know if you have any questions.

    Regards,

    Shivangi

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

    chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
    and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

    twitter/x:
    tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
