Being charged despite cancellation

I have received several email regarding payment for the adobe creative cloud service and had a subscription deducted from my bank account. Upon checking my account today it has come to my surprise that I have an ungoing subscription with adobe that would require a cancellation fee. I have not used the service at all. Additionally, I have already cancelled this subscription in November 2025 and even received a cancellation confirmation email regarding this on thw 7th of November 2025. I'm sure there has been a miscommunication or bug regarding this, would be great if I could get a refund on any amount that has been deducted from my account and do waive the cancellation fee. Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out, @loo_chen_xi_9971.

I confirm that you have an active subscription to Adobe Stock since 1 month and 19 days. Thus, you are getting billed.

don't attach screenshots.  copy and paste them into replies here.

also, use https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/unknown-charge-on-bill.html?linkId=100000379229962 to identify the account generating charges.  then check that account.
