Question

Being charged for a cancelled subscription

I have a charge for acrobat pro on my bank statement. When I searched the invoice through Adobe it comes up with my email, but when I log in it says there is no active plans. How do I stop getting charged?

Through my adobe account, it shows the last active billing was on 4/22/25.

How do I get my refund for the last year of being overcharged?

 Hi @Molly34892262nhfi,

We appreciate you reaching out.

I reviewed your account info and the latest transaction made on your account is from April 22, 2025. I can not see any transaction recorded post that.

Have you used your payment info on any other Adobe account as well?

The invoice number is: BL3485772495

When I go through the “identify your adobe charge” this invoice comes up for 6/13/26 and a withdrawlwas made from my checking account. OOn the invoice, it also shows my email. When I use that email to log in, it shows that my account was ended on 04/22/25. Which is exactly why I should not still be receiving charges.

I need this to stop and I would like a refund for the last year of charges.
