Being charged for "ADOBE *ACROPRO SUBS 4085366000 CA"

I am being charged monthly for this so called "ADOBE *ACROPRO SUBS 4085366000 CA" $20.00 yet my adobe account shows nothing about this (I have a 39.99 monthly plan that I use) and am unable to sfind our what it is for an how to stop it.  I suspect that this is an od account for which I have no longer the access email or password and wonder how to get to the bottom of this and stop this payment.

Thanks for any help.

Why are you giving a one word reply to a question directed at someone else?

Did you buy something from the Apple store or the Google Play store?

did you start a trial 1 or 2 weeks before the first charge?

contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

    ---------

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

    <"moved from using the community">

    chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
    and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

    twitter/x:
    tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
