Being charged for an account I didn’t sign up for

I never signed up for an account but I've been being charged monthly. I looked through my email & the site is saying I never signed up for any type of account. Today, I logged into my account and it's saying I signed up for a Pro plan and it'll be $90 to cancel but I never signed up for it and I've already been charged for 3 months

      I see you had an Adobe Acrobat pro plan under the same ID as with forums. The subscription was cancelled today.

        If you did not sign up does anyone else in your house have access to your account?
