Being charged for two accounts neither show plan active

  Can anyone tell me how to access customer service? Adobe has been charging my personal and business cards for two cards.  For the last few months when I log in it says I don't have an active plan.  I followed all of the online instructions to reset the plans up.  I cannot get them to stop charging my cards for service I am not receiving.

Elizabeth, I am showing an active subscription under the account you used to post to this public discussion forum. You can use the steps listed in https://adobe.ly/4jhhhRy to cancel the current plan. I am sorry that you no longer need the premium features of Acrobat.  ^JW
