Being charged with no linked accounts

I have previously used Adobe Creative Clouds after speaking with a representative and receiving a quote. I activated the product and used it for some time before switching PCs. Though I’m being charged on my credit card, None of my email addresses (including the one I received the quote through) are linked to my subscriptions. 

I’d like to cancel my account. I’ve called the hotline. When selecting the options in the automated menu to talk to a representative to help with cancellation, I’m immediately dropped from the call rather than being entered into a queue to speak with a rep.

Please provide an avenue for recourse. If i’m unable to contact reps through the online portal, email, or phone prompts, I’ll work with my bank to address the situation.

Also, there is no recent transaction requested by Adobe. Could you check with your bank about the transaction?

Thanks for the response. I see the charges from adobe in my credit card portal, but no charge associated with the card via the tool. I know its not fraudulent because I’ve used the license successfully for some time.
