Being charged with no linked accounts
I have previously used Adobe Creative Clouds after speaking with a representative and receiving a quote. I activated the product and used it for some time before switching PCs. Though I’m being charged on my credit card, None of my email addresses (including the one I received the quote through) are linked to my subscriptions.
I’d like to cancel my account. I’ve called the hotline. When selecting the options in the automated menu to talk to a representative to help with cancellation, I’m immediately dropped from the call rather than being entered into a queue to speak with a rep.
Please provide an avenue for recourse. If i’m unable to contact reps through the online portal, email, or phone prompts, I’ll work with my bank to address the situation.
