Question

I've been trying to update mydata for 1 hour and your system isn't working!! My card is ok, Apple takes it, Amazon takes it but  doesn't work!!! And the worst: you can not reach you!!! ZERO SERVICE!! There is even a point "Real help from real people" - again you just end up in an endless-useless-online loop and no way to reach any Adobe employee, neither via chat and certainly not by phone!! 
 but unfortunately I depend on you !!!

to contact adobe, use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
