Bestehendes Lightroom mit 1TB Cloud mit Amazon Code um ein Jahr verlängern -> Negativ

Hallo,

leider konnte mir der Support nicht weiterhelfen.

 

Hat noch jemand das Problem, ein bestehendes, aktives Lightroom-Abo nicht mit einem bei Amazon erworbenen Code zu verlängern?

Ich habe extra darauf geachtet, keinen Code für Neukunden zu kaufen und trotzdem bekomme ich auf https://redeem.adobe.com/ nur den Hinweis:

"Produkt bereits gekauft.

Sie können diesen Code nach Ablauf Ihres aktuellen Abonnements einlösen. Wenn Sie der Meinung sind, dass diese Meldung fälschlicherweise angezeigt wird, wenden Sie sich an den Support, um den Code einzulösen."
Sonst konnte man doch bisher die Laufzeit um ein Jahr damit verlängern, auch wenn das Abo noch aktiv ist.

I am glad Amazon is allowing a refund, Guenther. You may want to consider renewing your subscription with Adobe directly. Please bookmark https://adobe.ly/3J6Jlua for information on how to purchase a redemption code that can be used to extend your subscription.

 

If you do proceed with a redemption code, then make sure it is for the same plan and is near the end date for your current subscription. This helps make sure you can request a refund if the code is not accepted. I also don't recommend stacking codes, as that could lead to the account being suspended or the subscription being invalidated. ^JW


Wenn Adobe auch so Angebote wie Amazon hat, dann kaufe ich eine Verlängerung gerne direkt.

Und daß du mir vom Stacken abrätst verstehe ich auch. Es wird ja nichts günstiger mit den Jahren. Nun gut. Mein aktueller Plan hat ja noch genug Laufzeit. Mal sehen, was die Zukunft bringt.

    We appreciate you reaching out. In addition to @kglad's suggestion, I would recommend you to ensure the Amazon code is for the exact same plan you currently have. Adobe subscriptions are plan-specific, so a mismatch (e.g., switching from a Photography Plan to a Lightroom-only plan) may result in a new subscription being created instead of extending the current one.
