Das ist sehr ärgerlich. Ich möchte mein Abo auch kündigen. Aber es scheint keine Möglickeiten zu geben. Das sit Betrug.

    Why would I have to "regain access to my account"?

    I got my first Invoice on the 20th of Dezember 2024. 

     

    Since then, I am trying to cancel the subsciption. I never used it so far.

    There is no clear instruction to cancel this?

    the advise so far is not working.

     

    So please do not wait any more of my time. 

     

    Just let me know how to solve this PROBLEM.

    p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

    for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

    if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

    there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

    chat:
    use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
    in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
    be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

    tweet @AdobeCare

    p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

    1. Sign in to your account at Adobe Plans.
    2. Locate your plan and select Manage plan.
    3. Click Cancel your plan in the Manage Plan section.
    4. If this option is unavailable, it may be due to a pending payment. Please try again in 24 hours.
    5. Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation, including providing a reason and reviewing the details.

    For additional assistance, refer to Adobe’s cancellation support documentation. Please let us know if you have any further queries.

    Dear Anshul,

     

    this advise is NOT helpful. I can not access my Account. Why?

     

    This would be a Question for you.

     

    I already paid for the first Month.

    Please view the attached Pic of my Account.

     

    Let me know, how to solve this.
