Betreff: Kann mein Probe Abo nicht kündigen

Hallo ich habe übrigens das selbe Problem und zu den Uhrzeiten in dem der Support erreichbar ist, muss man in Deutschland arbeiten gehen!!!!! richtig sauer! und dann einfach geld für ein ganzes Jahres-abo haben wollen. der versprochene dienst konnte mir nicht mal helfen, da after effects die datei nicht im richtigen Dateiformat exportieren kann. ABZOCKE!!!!!!!

    Paul, I am sorry you are unable to cancel your new subscription. Were you ever able to use the services you signed up for? I don't see any usage of the services under your account.

    I tried to cancel the service on the very first evening, but the same problem has occurred since day one, as described.

Since there is no usage, it will be no problem for you to receive a refund, but you will need to use a device capable of contacting us at https://adobe.ly/3Kn5K7n. I don't show any support cases, so if you have tried to reach us, you were likely blocked early in the process. If the computer or network is managed by an organization, then your inability to contact us could be by design. ^JW
