Betreff: Trotz erfolgreicher Bezahlung ist das Abo ausgesetzt.

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe leider das gleiche Problem, wie oben beschrieben!

Ich habe vor 2 Monaten ein Foto-Abo abgeschlossen und korrekt die Zahlung geleistet.

Das wurde mir auch bestätigt.

Nun wird nach vorherigem Hinweis, das ein Abrechnungsproblem vorliegt, das Abonnement ausgesetzt.

Offensichtlich soll eine neue Zahlung geleistet werden.

Alle oben angegebenen Lösungsvorschläge haben nicht geholfen.

Was kann ich tun?

    Another update:
    after several discussions with customer service, I've finally been reactivated. This only worked by canceling my old contract and signing a new one under the same conditions.

    Hi Jeffrey,

    Now I've reconfirmed my account information!
    After updating the payment, I see:
    Thank you, Ralf. Your payment method has been updated, and we've received the overdue amount for your subscription. You'll be able to use your Adobe applications again shortly.

    The subscription information shows: Your payment information is being updated.

    Unfortunately, when I reopen my account, I get a billing issue again, and I'm still locked out.

    Thanks for the update, Ramero. Have you already used a different device to make the updates? Have all of your payments been through PayPal? Have you tried using a different payment method other than PayPal? ^JW

    Thank you for your help! I think I've identified the problem. I'm being asked to update my PayPal information. I get a message saying the payment method has been updated and the amount has now been received. It also says the account will be activated soon. However, this is apparently not stored in the system (or stored for an shortperiod). After updating my account information, everything starts again, and I get another message saying there's a billing issue, just like before. I had a similar issue before, which required me to repeatedly log into CC to use Photoshop.

    So, I think the main problem is that data for CC or Adobe is not stored in the system long-term.
