Bill from Adobe but not using any services

I was billed for Adobe Creative Cloud but have not subscribed. How do I get a refund and find out what this was for?

    Are you saying your credit card was charged for something you didn't order?  If so, contact your bank immediately.

    So you have never had a subscription to any Adobe product or service either on your phone/pad or computer?
