    Thanks for posting. @Exciting_Hero7a66.

Based on the information associated with the account used to create this discussion, the AI Assistant for Acrobat purchase from July 26 was canceled the same day. The payment attempts you are seeing now appear to be related to a separate Acrobat Pro subscription that was recently started and remains active.

To review the status of your subscriptions and update the payment information for the Acrobat Pro plan, please sign in to your Adobe account and visit the Plans page:

    https://account.adobe.com/plans

If you want to keep the Acrobat Pro subscription, you can correct the account by updating the payment method and resolving the past-due balance. Adobe provides additional information here:

    https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html

If you no longer need the Acrobat Pro subscription, you can review the cancellation steps here:

    https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

You can also review Adobe's subscription terms and cancellation policy here:

    https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

I hope this helps clarify what is happening. The Acrobat Pro subscription and the AI Assistant add-on are managed separately, so canceling the AI Assistant does not automatically cancel the Acrobat Pro subscription.
