Billed for a cancelled trial

Question

Can anyone help? I had a trial for Photoshop on my Adobe account, which I canceled before the end of the trial date. I received an invoice from my bank for this plan however my Adobe account shows an R0.00 charge.

Bianca, I am sorry, but of the three recent plans you subscribed to, one plan is still active. Please complete the steps listed in https://adobe.ly/3CKVUbz to cancel your remaining plan. If you complete the process soon, you will avoid an additional fee for the most recent plan you purchased.
