billed for next month after trial was already canceled, please refund

I signed up for a trial that ended on July 14. I canceled on July 11. I was billed 6.99 today. Please refund my money.and delete my card information as soon as possible.

    No. I canceled again today. but I have a confirmation email that says I canceled July 11. There was no other subscription. It was the 7 day trial. Why send a confirmation email saying canceled on July 11 and then bill anyway on July 14?

    then you’re good.  refunds are automatic and take up to 14 days to complete.
