In august 2023, I subscribed for a trial for the Pro version. NEVER was I informed that my trial ended and now I've been paying WITHOUT my knowledge $30 each months since september at least.. I'm very disapointed. I'm NOT even using the software because finally I never even needed it in the first place ! I contacted the support for my problem and had a chat with one of the agents and apparently there's an issue with the system right now and even if they were able to access my account at the time now they can't access my credit card informations so that they can process my demand of just cancelling my plan. Because the thing is I received an email saying that there was a payment issue and THAT'S how I learned that I was still being charged. Now I still have to wait another 2 to 4 hours to contact them again !

trials automatically roll into subscriptions.  you can discuss with adobe support.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
