Billed for services not subscribed for

Question

I noticed today that I have been being charged for the past 3 months for a subscription for acrobat pro, something that I cancelled in August of last year. I am not sure how this has happened, I have logged into my only account and it says that I have no active subscriptions. Any idea how one can go about getting a refund for this?

This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the Adobe Community Professionals, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.

Adobe provides support through the Chat function on the contact page or through a phone call. There is no email support.
