Billed twice for the same amount

Hi, I have noticed that I have been billed twice for the same amount in the same month. Adobe, I tried contacting but your bots said that I don't have a paid for support account so I had to post in here (strange). Anyway, how do I get the additional payment back?

Hi, I have just noticed another payment, to another vendor, that has also been taken twice so I will assume that this is not an Adobe problem and more a bank one.
