Billing

I've had my subscription for a a little over a month. I'm needing to speak with someone to assist me with a billing issue (cancellation and refund) and I'm finding it difficult to connect with a customer rep who is not trying to sell me on extending my subscription. Also they are not connecting me with somone on their team who can assist if they can't. Does anyone have a phone number or someone I can talk to who can resolve this issue?

Thank you!

Did you buy an Annual Plan (paid monthly or prepaid)?  Be sure to read the subscription & cancellation TERMS you agreed to when you joined.  Cancelling an annual plan after the 14 day grace period and before your 12th month of service incurs a 50% early cancellation fee.

    1. With a browser that accepts cookies and does not have script blockers, please log-in to your account portal below. Click on Manage Plans > Cancel

    https://account.adobe.com/plans
    2. If you still need help, scroll down to Contact Adobe on the same page.
    3. Online chat is available in English 24/7.
    4. In the chat box, type AGENT followed by enter key and wait for a human.
    5. Alternately, phone customer service M-F during normal business hours.

You're under no obligation to accept customer retention offers.  If you don't want to keep paying, simply say cancel and pay the 50% fee. Or avoid fees and wait until your 12 month to cancel.  Your choice.
