Please give the phone number you are calling. There are many fake numbers out there, belonging to scammers.

I was calling their number:  1 (800) 833-6687 during business hours and all hours.

The phone system would hang up on me before it connected to a person.

    It's straigntened out now.  Thanks.

This is a public forum, you need the link to Adobe support, not other users
Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
-make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
-you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for the link to work
This link will go directly to the chat option
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person
-Meaning type in the word Agent without the quote " " marks

I am very aware it's a public forum John.  I need to reach Billing by phone.  They only want me to type my issue.  Too much to type.  I want to speak to a human on the phone.  If you don't understand or you don't believe me, try calling the number yourself and click 1, 1, 2 (to reach billing) and let me know if you get through or if the system disconnects you.  After a dozen tries - a giant waste of my time, I am irritated - as anyone would be.  We are all in the pandemic, not just Adobe and we have businesses to run.
