Dear Support! I really like your product and enjoy using it. I live in Ukraine and now in my region there are hostilities all over the banks do not work with this and I cannot get a new credit card. If possible, please connect me a free plan to continue working with your products. Sincerely, Stanislav Kononenko

Я живу в Украине и сейчас в моем регионе проходят боевые действия всязи с этим банки не работают и я не могу сделать новую кредитную карту. Если есть возмоность подключите мне пожалуйста бесплатный план для продолжения работы с Вашими продуктами.

Hi,

 

I hope you are safe and soon things gets better there.

As per my understanding for existing Creative Cloud customers, if the Banks are blocked from which the payment is deducted for Creative Cloud licenses, please update the payment details to any Bank that is not blocked. 

 

Keeping in mind this unforeseen situation, Adobe has provided some extra time to existing customers in order to sort the payment issues.

-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
