Billing
I want to change from monthly to annual to keep my current payment plan, new contract startes November. However NOTHING I do can change it. I go to manage account and my only option is to cancel. I just want to change to annual to keep my current payment level as opposed to the £5ish a month increase.
I have read all the advice, all leads me to manage my account, and that allows me to cancel, nothing more
I have tried to contact billing but keep getting directed to help pages rather than somewhere I can ask them to change the billing. If I cancel and re start a different account, which I dont want to do, I risk early finish fees
Anyone actually managed to complete this seemingly simple task?
