Question

Billing after cancelling my subscription

Please investigate the reason for the ongoing charge to my credit card, although I terminated all of my subscriptions during the trial period. I also reviewed "My Plan," and everything appeared to be in order; however, today, there was another attempt to charge my card. I ask you to cancel any remaining subscriptions and help me delete my card details.

Thank you for reaching out, Imaginative_Giggles.

I understand why your recent purchase activity would be confusing.

When reviewing the account, I can see that there were two separate subscriptions:

    • An Acrobat Pro subscription that was started and canceled the same day.

    • An AI Assistant for Acrobat subscription that was started later and remained active until it was canceled today.

Because these are separate subscriptions, canceling the Acrobat Pro subscription would not have canceled the AI Assistant subscription. The billing you are seeing is associated with the AI Assistant subscription, which remained active until it was canceled today.

At this point, both subscriptions appear canceled, so you don't need to do anything else.
