billing after free subscription cancellation

tried indesign with the free subscription then i saw u could make the free subscription longer which i chose to do. last week i decided i didnt need it anymore so i cancelled the subscription before they could bill me. today i check my online bank and see they charged me 25.99€. i contact their costumer service who also is to no help. so thanks for that i guess adobe.

    update for anyone who needs it, i contacted support again and this time a nice lady was able to help me after gathering some info and i got a refund!

    @dee1013,

    In other words, you tried to cancel, but instead you took the free 3-month retention offer, with the understanding that you would keep paying for the full 12-months of service. A poor decision on your part.

     

    Since you broke your contract agreement, there’s now a 50% early termination fee.
