Billing automatic emails
I used to recieve an email each time my credit card was charged on my recurring subscriptions. This was great as I had auto-forward setup for these email to go directly to my accounting department. I found out recently that these emails stopped some months ago without any notice. When i spoke to a chat representative today they told me that this feature is not available. They seemed to think this feature never existed. Which leads me to believe that this agent possibly did not know what they were talking about. Can someone please clarify if this feature truly no longer exists?
