Billing but no Adobe

I've been paying $14.99 a month to Adobe for what I thought was Acrobat Pro but apparently I don't have access to it. Does anyone know how I can make contact with the compay. The phone number on my bank statement is useless and all the Contact Info seems to be a bunch of FAQs. Thank you.
