Billing confirmation emails in wrong language
Hi. Adobe is persistently sending me emails in Swedish language, a language I never asked for. On my Adobe account the preferred communication languages are set as English and Finnish. Several times tried to solve the issue by switching my account to other languages and then back to EN and FIN: no help. Twice I have contacted Adobe helpdesk, but they either claim they just fixed it (which they did not), or that there is nothing they can do from their end. The email flow continues in wrong language. The last time Helpdesk assistant suggested I raise this issue here in the forum. Now following their advice, wondering if this perhaps is the way to find Adobe personnel qualified enough so they can fix a simple language issue?
