Billing Confusion

A few months back I used the free trial for photoshop. That ended and it immediately billed me since I must have used it years ago but anyways I went to cancel it and it gave me an offer for 3 months for the price of one. I did that thinking i would be able to cancel it afterwards. Now when I tried to cancel it slaps me with a $80 cancelation fee. I cant get out of it and the chat agent was no help. So now any route I take I have to have this service for a full year. So id say it is misleading to a degree and left a negative experience with this service as a result. I would recomend never taking any advertised specials or deals as its a big hasstle to not pay for the service......  There was no option in that 3 month extension that had an annual service check screen as I never would have done that 3 month extension knowing it locks you in for a year.  Very dissapointing wont be recommending this service or using it after this cyle is over with. Speaking with the agent didnt help either, they just offer you a different plan that resets the end date for when your cycle ends, just furthering the amount of bill dates. It would be right on ADOBE's part to just reimburse or just simply allow it to be canceled. Ridiculous.

generally that 3 month offer is fee-free cancelable if you cancel before the 3months+ expire s

It ended Today, I set a reminder to cancel it 2 days ago, I tried doing so and it still gave me that cancellation fee notice. I checked up until toady idk maybe thinking you could only cancel at a certain point before the renewal but it just deducted it from my bank account. I just wanted to try photoshop not pay $24 a month for the whole year.
