Billing despite cancelling test version in time

Hi everyone,

since i couldn't find any direct support from Adobe I hope someone here can help me:

I tried the Creative Cloud Test version mostly for Adobe Acrobat. Since the handling drove me insane I cancelled the subscription right after I had finished a sheet that needed to get done.

The test subscription was active for approx. 6 days and 12 hours and I received a confirmation of the cancellation.

Despite that I was billed the full 35 EUR for a monthly subscription a few days later.

Does anyone have experience with this issue or knows how I can resolve this?

Regards

Sören

Adobe provides support through the Chat function on the contact page, through a phone call, or through Twitter. There is no email support.

For the Chat to work:

You must be signed in with your Adobe ID.
You must allow cookies in your web browser for this to work.
Disable any ad blocker
Disable any pop-up blocker for the site
Disable any script blockers for the site

If you're still not seeing the chat icon, try a different browser or even a different device, or use one of the other contact methods given in this thread.

in addition to chat (per @Rashmi27002770wxve), you can also contact adobe support and make sure your refund is being processed via phone and twitter.  there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

Hi, thanks for the info. Turns out Safari doesn't work with the link. Works in Chrome though. I don't expect to have to alter browser settings when trying to contact one of the foremost software manufacturers. I'll try your tip for getting hold of a human. Thanks for your help, hopefully I'll report back later.

Hi Rashmi,

I too have a similar issue regarding cancellation but the links supplied on here do not help as there is no chat option or phone numbers on the page that you are taken to. I have been going round and round in circles trying to get someone to speak to or chat with about this issue. Very poor communication options! This is the page:
