Hi i have been double charged for my adobe pro last couple of months . I use paypal but it is charging my two cards every month and yet when i log in to my account it says issues with payment , but i can see payment deducted .

    I signed up for a annual 3.57 nis a month plan, but am charged 50 nis, no one to contact. canceling the plan has a penalty of 200 nis. I have no idea who to contact
