billing issue
I canceled my subscription and as expected I was charged 50% of the remaining abo fees. HOWEVER, I also got charged for this month's fee even though it was expected later (on April 30). I would like to file a complaint to the customer's support or wherever possible since I can't find any email or contact window on their website (is there a reason to hide contact information??). Really disappointed and won't advise anyone to use acrobat pro!!!
