Billing issue - account suspended - email deleted from account

I was having the same billing issue, was able to log in into my account an hr ago and now my account does not exist. They offered to refund me instead of reactivating my account, which I paid a month ago, so absolutely no reason to suspend my account. People answering the phone are not listening and talk over you repeting the same script which has nothing to do with what I requested.

you can't solve that in the adobe user forums.  you have to work with adobe support.
