Billing Issue: automated email

Would it be possible for Adobe to please create an automated email update about when the payment is due, prior to the payment date, rather than letting us know a week later. I work in different parts of the world and travel back and forth, as a freelancer, and because of this, my payments from are delayed, because, it takes a while to receive international payments, so I sometimes, when I open an application to work, I get a pop-up stating that there was a billing issue and I have to keep re-entering my details everytime to make the payment. It would be nice to be notified, even a day before the payment is due, so I will make sure that I have sufficient funds in my account to make my payments on time.

adobe doesn't have a suggestions area for billing issues, so you'll need to find a work-around (eg, per above).

Adobe may or may not respond to your idea. In the interim, I can think of two things that might help you:

  • Set a reminder in your calendar
  • Pay in a lump sum for the annual fee instead of monthly — but still set reminders in your calendar
    (this is my preference for anything that gives me choice)
