Billing issue banner showing during free extension period

Hello, I canceled my Photography Plan before October 9, 2025, and accepted a 2-month extension (valid until December 9, 2025). Recently, I’ve started seeing a “Billing issue” banner on my account even though I’m still within the extension period. Could someone please assist me in clearing or refreshing this warning?

Hi! Thanks for the replies, Kglad and Jeffrey.

 

I’d like to clarify my situation in detail because this seems to be a system mismatch rather than an actual billing problem.

 

On October 9, 2025, I canceled my Photography Plan. During the cancellation process, Adobe offered me a 2-month free extension, which I accepted. The free extension period clearly shows as active on my account and should run until December 9, 2025 — meaning, no payment is due until that date.

 

On November 4, 2025, I updated my payment method from my Paypal account to a debit card, but that card currently has no funds yet because the next charge is supposed to happen after the free period ends in December.

 

Since that update, every time I launch Photoshop, I get a “Billing issue” banner even though the plan is still valid and the renewal date hasn’t arrived yet.

 

I believe Adobe’s billing system is prematurely attempting to validate the card even though no charge is due yet, which causes the system to mark the account as “past due.”

 

Could someone from the Adobe team please refresh or resync my account status to remove the incorrect billing flag? I just want to make sure the system recognizes that my plan is still in its free extension phase and not actually overdue.
