Billing issue contact form or email address
Hello Adobe Support Community,
Few months back I cancelled my subscription as I transitioned to a different role and didn't need Adobe tools anymore. I followed all the guidance, cancelled the plans and all that.
However, for some reason, I'm still being billed. As these things can happen, I started looking for help center / support center to sort this out. Unfortunately, at least within my interface, I'm stuck...
1. There's no email address I can write to, been searching all around the help center, tried writing to message@ (the email address I'm getting emails from Adobe) and got a bounce email, nothing on other websites at all.
2. I've been trying from help center to find any kind of form for this issue and it's a loophole. The help center button gets me to the same page with options to read blog articles about cancellation, the contact us button gets me back to that page.
Now I got here, asking for your help. I'm not sure if this is even legal, not having an option to contact Adobe for a billing issue. Please let me know what would you do in this situation. My next steps would be to contact authorities as I'm still being billed within with all the services cancelled for 3 months now.
