Billing Issue, need the contact info of customer service agent.
Hi guys.
One week ago, I changed my Adobe subscription plan from the one charged in USD($16.94) to CAD. It was made around 3 days after my old subscription was automatically paid.
At that time, I thought they will refund the old plan and will charge the new one. However, Adobe only refunded US14.68!!
For this reason, I tried to find out how to contact to a real person that can help me to solve this issue while I failed to get in touch.
I read one post that guide me to contact them (Link #1). Also, I followed all steps that Adobe instructed (Link #2) But every time I access to the link that the they told, it always brings me to the main homepage unlike they instructed. Every methods that they offered were USELESS.
Does anyone know how to contact with the REAL agent?
