Billing Issue of Acrobatpro cancellation

I was on free trial for Acrobat Pro service, and it's the annual subsciption but the bill is paid monthly. I cancelled it before th esubscription ends (before 1 year). And now I need to pay 50% fee of the rest billings. They send me the email to pay the bill and it's one-time session, and I forgot to click on it. Now I want to pay it since I feel uneasy whether they will charge me later on, but I can't find the icon or any notification since that one-time click. What should I do?

You can cancel it here: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

If you want to request a refund for what you already paid you will need to contact Adobe directly.

I am unable to cancel or delete my account because it tells me to update my payment information. I went through the free trial in May and then I canceled it and then all of a sudden in September Adobe continues to try to charge my card using various business name conventions. I’ve tried so hard to get a hold of someone I’ve sent messages I’ve tried to call and chat and nothing is being done every single day they try to hit my card. Oh, and also for different amounts

Hi @Precious_Walrus04bc

Thank you for writing to us. We understand your concern regarding the repeated payment attempts and appreciate you sharing the details with us.

Upon checking your account, we can see that your Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription is currently showing as active and there is an outstanding payment associated with the plan.

We kindly request you to clear the outstanding payment first. Once the payment issue is resolved, you should be able to proceed with cancelling the subscription.

You can follow the cancellation steps here: Cancel Adobe trial or subscription.

We hope this provides some clarity. Please feel free to reach out to us on the Community if you need any further assistance.
