Billing issues

Hi everyone,

I've been struggling to find some answers and also to get in touch with someone from Adobe to explain why I am charged twice for the same products? I subscribed last year for the photography plan and this year I felt I needed more so I upgraded to Creative Cloud All Apps which is 4 times the price compared to the photography plan. The problem is that Adobe continue to charge me for the photography plan although all apps are included in the new subscription and worst, I can't cancel it because they want to charge me an extra £25 for early termination? Sounds like a bad joke but I hope it's just a mistake... and I would really appreciate some help with this, thank you.

You should have cancelled before renewal and subscribing to a new plan... now you need to contact Adobe

Hi, I'm having the same issue. I've spoken to an agent and before my subscription ended. And just continued to push the same deal. I really can't afford items that I have NEVER subscribed to or for unauthorized charges that I have made statements towards. So, please help us!!!!

if talk to an agent and you want to cancel, keep saying i want to cancel.  make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true
