Billing issues --can't find account that charges are incurred on
I'm reviewing my credit card statement, and I have had a recurring charge from Adobe for $11.01 every month for months. I have logged into Adobe.com with my account, my husband's account, and my son's account, and can find no record of any billing, but I am still getting charged every month. I can't figure out out how to cancel this charge!
I can call someone with my credit card info to help track it down, but need to know who to call. Online support won't help me becuase I need to show an active billing issue to speak with a real person.
Does anyone have a number to call to speak with a live person?
