billing minor

Dear Adobe.com!

My 12-year-old child accidentally subscribed to Adobe Reader without my knowledge and permission.

We have already been charged 25.39 EUR twice (totaling 50.78 EUR) on this account (username: tamas). The service has not been used at all. 

Since this was an unauthorized purchase made by a minor under the age of consent, I strictly request:

1. The immediate cancellation of this subscription without any termination fees.

2. A full refund of the two charges (50.78 EUR).
