Billing monthly versus annually

Hello

 

I was being charged 21.98 and for some reason it says annual, paid monthly but i don't remember choosing that option. I chose monthly only not annual. So why does it say that because when i tried to cancel my subscription it said it will charge me 98 pounds deduction fee. But I never signed up for annual. 

 

How do I change this because when i went to change payment it had an option for 19.97 but i wasnt sure if that's to monthly or just annual? 

 

I have to pay for next month by 1st of january so if I can get a response as soon as possible please because I'm not currently using photoshop.

If you chose the Photography plan, the only options are annual.

i'm not sure what currency that is, but if us dollars (or something similar), that looks like a photography plan which has no monthly plan.

 

anyway, contact adobe support and make your case.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
