Billing my account for subscription not signed up for

I am so frustrated. Adobe has been deducting money from my credit card for a subscription I didn't sign up for. I need this to be cancelled

Why is it so difficult to get in contact with them?

and if you never started an adobe trial and have no explanation for the charges, report fraud to your credit card issuer.
