Billing; payments being increased?

Question

Hi there, I'm on a student payment plan which is usually A$28.59. This year I have been charged A$43.99 last month and this month. I have not purchased any additional premium apps so I'm not sure why I'm being charged nearly twice the usual. I have only recently changed universities this week as well.

When you buy an Education subscription, the terms you "click to agree" should be clear about the first/later years
