Billing problem - contact problem
I’ve been billed £19.97 for Adobe ID creative cloud trial. I’m a student so I have a free account with my uni, If I try to contact Adobe support I'm told to contact the administrator but my Uni has not billed me Adobe has. I cannot contact Adobe because I'm told to contact the administrator, you can see where I'm going here.. In any case I don't have a copy of ID it will not install. Can someone help pls
