Do you tell everyone here how you continue to bill people even if they decided to opt out of buying your software? Even if it was in your thirty day windows? Do you tell them how you continually harass their cash ap card and any money that gets put on you'll make sure and take it... Basically trying to steal from your consumers... do you tell them rhst?

    You need to have a valid form of payment before you can cancel a subscription and get a refund.

    there is no 30 day window, anymore.  the last 30 trails were when cs6 was offered many years ago.

     

    currently the cancellation period for a refund is 14 days from the trial start.
